According to the Washington Times, The White House is collecting and
storing comments and videos placed on social-networking sites such as
Facebook, Twitter and YouTube without notifying or asking the consent of
the site users. Contrary to Obama's pledge to protect privacy on the
Internet, he is developing a spy system whose goal can only be the
compilation of dossiers on those that do not march in lockstep with his
administration
Marc Rotenberg, president of the Electronic Privacy Information Center,
said the White House signaled that it would insist on open dealings with
Internet users and, in fact, should feel obliged to disclose that it is
collecting such information. "The White House has not been adequately
transparent, particularly on how it makes use of new social media
techniques, such as this example," he said.
In defense of Obama's actions, The White House claimed that "The
Presidential Records Act" requires that the administration gather the
information and that it was justified in taking the additional step of
asking a private contractor to "crawl and archive" all such material.
Nicholas Shapiro, a White House spokesman, declined to say when the
practice began or how much the new contract would cost.
But Susan Cooper, a spokeswoman for National Archives and Records
Administration, said the presidential records law only applies to "social
media" and to public comments "received by the president or immediate
staff."

Becoming increasingly agitated over opposition to programs being pushed by
Barack Obama, The White House has borrowed a solution from Nazi Germany.
In the Nazi Third Reich, both adults and school children were encouraged
to report people that were critical of the state. This policy has been
resurrected by Barack Hussein Obama, who has set up the email address
"flag@whitehouse.gov" for reporting individuals and websites.
"We can't find them all by ourselves," claimed a White House spokesman, as
the snoop on your neighbor policy was unveiled. Apparently, those who
disagree with The Obama are hiding everywhere and must be ferreted out for
reprisal by the appropriate federal law enforcement agency.
This is the Obama response to a growing movement among bi-partisan voters
in disagreement with his radical social and economic policies. It is the
tactics laid out by the Communist Sol Alinsky, in his book, “Rules for
Radicals.”
Effectively used on Sarah Palin, the tactic is based on ridicule and
isolation, rather than debate. It has become the prime strategy of
Progressives in both well funded left wing organizations and in Congress
itself. The latter are particularly upset, as constituents in Town Hall
Meetings voice open criticism, particularly of Obama’s government run
rationed health care.
In true Alinsky fashion, stunned left-wing elected officials, have
indicted their constituents as “plants, right wing extremists” and “mobs.”
Progressive California Senator Barbara Boxer had a group of concerned
elderly, one of them 87 years old, arrested for disorderly conduct. In
other cases, Town Hall constituents have been defined by their elected
officials as “mobs” and “plants,” on the absurd criteria that they were
“well dressed.”
But the dark facts remain that we have entered Obama’s next phase in
“Transforming America.” It is one where those who disagree become enemies
of the state. It is where President Barack Hussein Obama guides America
into tyranny.

DC this week, just days after Obama’s ACORN operatives and civil service
union members terrorized employees at AIG for getting $170 million in
bonuses that Obama had previously approved.
But no such indignation existed towards Fannie
Mae, the government lending institution that precipitated the world
financial crisis, in spite of their receiving $210 million in bonuses for
actions causing millions of Americans to be thrown out of work.
As a United States Senator, Obama was the
second largest recipient of payoff money from both AIG and Fannie Mae.
Accompanied by twelve Teleprompters and a team
of speech writers, Obama apologized to Europeans for American arrogance
and insulting behavior. This occurred after giving the Queen of England an
IPod filled with movies of his speeches and his racist wife Michelle
refused the traditional curtsy to a “honkey” Queen.

It has become a painful and dangerous truth
that to discover what is going on in the Obama administration,
particularly on matters of race, you have to read the British press.
This has been proven again as the prestigious
“Independent UK” published an article entitled “Barack Obama hands more
senior jobs than ever before to ‘sisterhood’ of black women. President
Barack Obama has engineered a quiet racial revolution in Washington,”
giving more power to blacks than at any point in American history.
It went on to say that while Obama plays down
the influence of race in his government and policies, Washington insiders
are watching as he hands control of American domestic policy, White House
social events, environmental issues, food safety and other issues
impacting on Americans to African Americans, particularly African American
women.
Obama used his press conference last week to
joke that interest in his own race lasted "about a day" after his
election. But below the radar, Obama has been quietly transforming the
upper echelons of government into one where blacks hold power far beyond
their numbers in the general population.
The article stressed the influence of black
women, claiming that they hold “only” 192,000 of more than 1.7 million
government jobs. This means that black women who constitute 6% of the
population hold 12% of federal government jobs. This will grow
drastically under Obama as will packing black men into the federal
bureaucracy.
To date, Obama has given 20% of Senior federal
jobs to black women. Black men will undoubtedly be given an equally high
number in what is becoming a black racial takeover of government by an
undereducated, high crime group comprising 13% of the population, but
bearing responsibility for more murders than the rest of the American
population combined and having a 72% illegitimacy rate.

proponent of Black Liberation Theology. Economically socialist and
socially fascist, this race based philosophy is consumed with
redistribution of wealth from hard working whites and Asians to the lowest
social level of blacks.

WASHINGTON – Barack Hussein Obama has quietly
begun a White House Affirmative Action program for placing Muslims in
positions of power and influence within America’s Executive Offices.
While the administration of George W. Bush
attempted a reach out program, Obama has accelerated things drastically.
One person who is expected to have significant influence with Obama is
Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn, who took his oath of office with a hand on the
Quran.
Ellison, an early adherent of Louis
Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam, moved away from affiliation after originally
losing a run for the Minnesota State Legislature In 2002. As a Muslim,
Ellison won the Democratic endorsement for the legislative seat after
dropping his middle name, “Muhammad.”
According to the Denver Post, when White House officials heard about the
small Bush program, it was put on overdrive. J. Saleh Williams, program
coordinator for the Congressional Muslim Staffers Association, sifted
through more than 300 names as part of the search.
"It was mostly under the radar," Williams
said. "We thought it would put (President Obama) in a precarious position.
We didn't know how closely he wanted to appear to be working with the
Muslim American community."

were Muslims. It has been confirmed that Obama received his early
education in Indonesia as a Muslim and didn’t “convert” to Christianity
until entering Chicago politics.
According to Muslim teachings, it is perfectly

already begun in the United States.
For example, Ellison made a quiet pilgrimage to Mecca with the sponsorship

an Executive Order on December 17, 2009, placing the United States and its people
one step closer to world government.
The White House released an Executive Order "Amending Executive Order
12425." It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a
new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and
select other "International Organizations" as set forth in the United States
International Organizations Immunities Act of 1945.
By removing language from President Reagan's 1983 Executive Order 12425,
this international law enforcement body now has the power to operate on
American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI,
and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
INTERPOL now has full immunity from U.S. laws. In short, a global law
enforcement entity now has full law-enforcement authority in the U.S.
without any check on its power afforded by U.S. law and U.S. law enforcement
agencies.
A foreign police force has never had diplomatic immunity and has always had
to operate under the command of local authority. The Constitution is very
clear in its intent not to abdicate any of our rights to a foreign power of
any kind, but under the Obama Administration, this is coming to an end.

The admission by Iran that it was constructing a purely military nuclear
facility on an army base near the city of Qom, forced Barack Obama's hand
during his United Nations "peace and love" extravaganza.
While the United States had some knowledge of the Iranian base's creation
for some time, it was only in late 2008 that definitive proof came from
British and French Intelligence services who had been tracking events. The
facilities structural nature could only be for weapons.
The Iranians were first to break the news when they got word that the
British and French were going to go public. As to Obama, the

designed to keep him from looking as if he was running interference for

In an effort to undermine the process of getting Congressional approval
for important appointments, Obama has created a “Shadow Government” to
dominate America, using what he calls, “Czars.”
These are people, of dubious and even criminal background,
who will participate in what Obama likes to call, “Remaking of America.”
To date, he has appointed 30 of them and they have more power in the
federal bureaucracy than Cabinet members. Here are just a few:
Carol Browner, Energy Czar: Listed as one of 14 leaders of the
Socialist International and their Commission for a Sustainable World
Society. The former openly calls for world Socialist domination. The
latter believes in Global Governance, or UN Control.

Holdren, Science Czar: A firm believer in population control measures,
most particularly for the Western world. He believes that the traditional
family is “obsolete” and people with large families should be “punished.”
Holdren is a proponent of mass sterilization, through development of
chemicals used in the American water supply.
Cass Sunstein, Regulatory Czar: A Harvard Law School professor, who
argues that citizens’ rights exist only to the extent that they are
granted by the government.
Van Jones, Green Jobs Czar: A self proclaimed communist and black
radical community organizer, much like Barack Hussein Obama himself. He
has a criminal record involving participation in the Rodney King riots and
other radical causes. Jones claims to have been “radicalized in jail,”
becoming a devoted communist. He then became a proponent for extreme

Is Barack Hussein Obama a closet Muslim or at least very sympathetic to the

During the Presidential campaign, anyone who used Obama's middle name "Hussain"
was branded as a wild eyed bigot. But now, it's Barack Hussein Obama himself

In a June 1st interview with Laura Haim of the French magazine "Canal Plus,"
Obama is quoted in a Whitehouse Press Release of June 2nd, "I think that the
United States and the West generally, we have to educate ourselves more
effectively on Islam. And one of the points I want to make is, is that if
you actually took the number of Muslims Americans, we'd be one of the
largest Muslim countries in the world."
This is the same Barack Hussein Obama who goes out of his way in speeches to
claim that the United States is definitely not a Christian nation in spite
of it being based on Judao/Christian values and its predominant Christian
faith.
Barack Hussein Obama received his early education as a Muslim. Of this,
there is no doubt. In his 20's, he "became a Christian" in the America
hating Black Liberation Theology church of his mentor, Jeremiah Wright. Of
this, there is no doubt. Obama's Christian conversion epiphany didn't occur
until he decided to get into politics. Of this, there is no doubt.

Banned Interrogation
Techniques Yielded ‘High Value Information,’ Memo Says

WASHINGTON – Barack Obama’s recent release of confidential
documents on Bush Administration enhanced interrogation techniques proved
rather underwhelming to those hoping to find instances of torture.
But Obama, the first President in recent history to
publicly criticize a former president, was not to be stopped. Yesterday, he
brought America one step nearer to Third World status by claiming that he
would be open to prosecution of former administration officials, including
George Bush.
While Obama released a few documents designed to validate
his belief in never using enhanced interrogation techniques, he refused to
release those showing that in key situations, it proved successful and saved
American lives.
Today, the New York Times noted that national intelligence
director Admiral Dennis C. Blair wrote in a private memo to his staff last
week that the harsh interrogation techniques banned by the White House did
produce significant information that helped the nation in its struggle with
terrorists.
“High value information came from interrogations in which
those methods were used and provided a deeper understanding of the al Qa’ida
organization that was attacking this country,” wrote Adm. Blair.
Admiral Blair sent his memo on the same day the
administration publicly released secret Bush administration legal memos
authorizing the use of interrogation methods that the Obama White House has
deemed to be illegal torture. Among other things, the Bush administration
memos revealed that two captured Qaeda operatives were subjected to a form
of simulated drowning known as waterboarding.
Admiral Blair’s assessment that the interrogation methods
did produce important information was deleted from a Obama’s condensed
version of his memo.
“I like to think I would not have approved those methods
in the past,” he wrote, “but I do not fault those who made the decisions at
that time, and I will absolutely defend those who carried out the
interrogations within the orders they were given.”
A spokeswoman for Admiral Blair said the lines were cut in
the normal editing process of shortening an internal memo into a media
statement, but some feel that it was just another attempt by the Obama
Administration to subvert truth for their own political purposes.
In an attempt to silence people with opposing views,
Barack Obama’s holding open the possibility of investigating and prosecuting
a former President and his staff bring the United States to the level of
Third World nations who routinely prosecute those no longer in power to
consolidate their own position and silence dissent.

Barack Hussein Obama has nominated Harold Koh to be Sr. Legal Advisor to the
State Department in an attempt to fast track him into a United States
Supreme Court slot.
Koh, the ultra radical Dean of Yale Law School is an internationalist who
believes that the United States Constitution should be interpreted according
to the legal norms of other nations. It is he, who would be responsible for
forging international agreements that could render the United States
Constitution irrelevant.
Koh is a proponent of "transnational legal process," arguing that any
distinctions between U.S. and international law should disappear.
In addressing the Yale Club of Greenwich in 2007, Koh claimed that in an
appropriate case, he didn’t see any reason why [Islamic] Sharia Law would
not apply to govern a case in the United States.
Koh, a self described "activist" believes that the United States Supreme
Court doesn’t have to use proper judicial reasoning as long as it rigs a
Progressive outcome.

It wasn’t very long ago that Osama Bin-Ladin stated that one of his goals
was to destroy the American economy. Well, his surrogate in the White House,
Barack Hussein Obama seems hell bent on doing just that.

inflation is nothing new. In Germany of the 1920’s workers would receive
their pay, only to discover that by the time they went to the grocery store,
it would purchase a loaf of bread. It reached a point where the German
Treasury stopped producing new currency. They simply stamped bills with a
new amount. One German Mark once equaled 50 Billion Marks. Among other
things, it ushered the obscure Nazi Party into prominence by an increasingly
desperate population.
In Zimbabwie, a One Hundred Trillion Dollar note is standard fare, where a
desperate population hangs on to its incompetent, racist, “Black Liberation”
dictator out of fear.
Make no bones about it. Barack Hussein Obama is a Marxist, Black Liberation
Theology, racist, demagogue with designs on America that are nothing short
of revolutionary. True, his gross incompetence and obvious lack of intellect
when not reading a teleprompter adds to the destructive mix, but that is
secondary.
This past week, his Federal Reserve Department just printed an additional
One Trillion Dollars in increasingly worthless paper to purchase United
States Bonds from his Treasury Department to pay some of his bills. The
result was a precipitous decline in the dollar’s value on the world market
and a guarantee that United States Government Treasury Bonds will decline in
value. The world just might stop purchasing these commodities, leading to an
American Financial collapse.
This seems to be just what Obama wants, in order to create panic and have an
excuse for pushing his Black Liberation Theology social and economic
revolution. It goes hand in hand with revving up social hatred for
successful whites and entrepreneurs. In Obama’s evil scheme, giving the
American people something to hate keeps their eye off the ball. It allows
him to push forward with revolutionary policies based on fear of one’s
neighbors and friends. It is the time old methodology for creating
authoritarian government, controlling every aspect of people’s lives.

“Terrorism.”

In the Obama administration’s seemingly unending attempt at playing down the
threat of terrorism, Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano, seemed to
reaffirm the Obama administration’s state of denial during an interview with
Der Spiegel, Europe’s leading news magazine.
Der SPIEGEL: Madame Secretary, in your first testimony to the US Congress as
Homeland Security Secretary you never mentioned the word "terrorism." Does
Islamist terrorism suddenly no longer pose a threat to your country?
NAPOLITANO: Of course it does. I presume there is always a threat from
terrorism. In my speech, although I did not use the word "terrorism," I
referred to "man-caused" disasters. That is perhaps only a nuance, but it
demonstrates that we want to move away from the politics of fear toward a
policy of being prepared for all risks that can occur.
With that bit of double speak, Napolitano reaffirmed the Obama
administration’s view that denial is the best defense against terrorism…
oops… “man-caused disasters.” She joins Attorney General Eric Holder and CIA
Director Leon Panetta in transforming a very real threat to America, into a
nuisance perpetrated by un-named people who double park their cars in front
of a shopping center.
Obama, Holder and Panetta’s stated goal is to create a kinder, gentler
Justice Department and CIA, so as not to antagonize those who have hated us
for decades and murdered thousands of innocent Americans.
Napolitano denied that she was weak on counter “man-caused disaster”
activities, although like everyone else in the Islamist friendly Obama
administration, she seems to believe that if you don’t properly identify a
threat, nothing will ever happen.
But there is something far more insidious going on in a Black Liberation
Theology administration based on economic Socialism and Social Facism. It’s
the playbill of Obama’s hard left radical hero Saul Alinsky in his book
“Rules for Radicals.” First seem to be moderate in order to gain power.
Then, alternately lull and frighten Americans into accepting collectivist
authoritarian rule by all controlling government.
Several weeks ago, Napolitano revealed an Obama goal of “marking” all
Americans with driver’s licenses allowing everyone to be tracked
electronically. In a society where everyone is treated as a threat, there
are just degrees of obedience. Americans become little more than human
worker bees, controlled and directed by an iron fist of the state.
Barack Obama Adds Politically Correct Edge to War on Terrorism. Bans Term
“Enemy Combatant” to Blur any Distinction between a Soldier and a Terrorist

Throughout our military history, there have always been two types of enemy
combatants. One wore a uniform and fought under internationally established
rules of combat. When captured, they were afforded treatment under well
established mutually agreed upon regulations.
An “Unlawful Enemy Combatant” wears no uniform. They are spies, back
shooters and torturers. In past wars (including World War II), they were
simply shot.
But Barack Hussein Obama’s stated goal is to make the United States viewed
more favorably in a Muslim world whose hatred of the democratic West and
Christianity is historic. During World War II, most Muslims and Muslim
states were pro Nazi. The Grand Mufti al-Husseini of Jersulam spent the last
half of World War II (1943-1945) as a special guest of Adolf Hitler in
Berlin.
Hatred of America is not a new phenomenon. What is new, involves direct
attacks on America. What is also new involves Obama’s desire to bring The
United States into closer friendship with radical Islamist people and states
through appeasement, excuses and semantics.
At Obama’s request, the Fidel Castro loving anti-Second Amendment Attorney
General Eric Holder has just added the term “Enemy Combatant” to his list of
banned words. There will no longer be a distinction between “Lawful”
uniformed Enemy Combatants and “Unlawful” non-uniformed terrorist thugs.
Barack Hussein Obama received his early education as a Muslim. He admits
this himself in his books. As a community organizer and Illinois State
Senator, he developed very close ties to radical Palestinian Muslim elements
and the Nation of Islam. He now seems to be displaying these proclivities in
the White House.
This is the Obama prelude to giving non-citizen terrorists full
Constitutional rights of citizens and freeing them on legal technicalities.
It occurs just weeks after declaring that the term "war on terrorism," will
no longer be used.

Third Terrorist Attack in Obama’s First Year Comes on Christmas Day

Out with the old and in with the new, but there’s nothing new about
terrorism. On the other hand, the Mantra of Obama sycophants was always
that Muslims are angry at us because of Bush, Cheney, no blood for oil and
all the other nonsense.
But The Obama was different. He would show the Muslim world understanding
by denigrating America, lauding Islam and downgrading Christianity
whenever possible. The Muslim world would turn on Islamists, bring peace
to the world and a second run for office.
Well, first it was Abdul Hakim Mujahid Muhammad's murderous June Jihad in
Little Rock. Then we had Major Nasan and his Islamist butchery of dozens
of our military in the name of Islam. And now, on Christmas day, a 23 year
old Nigerian Muslim engineering student named Abdul Mudallah, made a
terrorist attack on Northwest Flight 253.
Fortunately, the bomb failed to ignite completely or President Obama may
have been forced to cut short his vacation in Hawaii. That would have been
awful for his Golf game.
So the White House issues a statement that this appears to have been
“attempted terrorism,” although passengers, including the terrorist were
injured. On the other hand, the failed bomb didn’t kill all of the more
than 250 passengers, so I suppose that’s okay.
The White House is now scurrying to discount a “real” terrorist attack.
After all, for that to happen, they have to find an Al Qaeda membership
card in the terrorist’s pocket. Of course, the membership card must be
current or the term terrorism can’t be used.

Taking a page from the playbill of Nazi Germany, the White House decided
that given opposition from growing numbers of adults, the Obama plan for
“remaking” the mind’s of Americans would extend to the young.
President Obama’s plan to “inspire,” but really indoctrinate the nation’s
school children with a video address next week was followed by outrage.
Post speech “educational activities” strongly suggested by Obama and left
wing teacher’s unions were clearly taken from a Hitlarian playbill.
Among the activities the government initially suggested for
pre-kindergarten to sixth-grade students included that they "write letters
to themselves about what they can do to help the president."
Another task recommended for students immediately after listening to the
speech involved engaging in a discussion about what "the president wants
us to do."
Even more ominous, students were supposed to educate their parents in
government approved attitudes, harkening back to German students reporting

The Obama health plan has been criticized as being another step in his
goal of transforming America into an authoritarian state with components
of both Communism and Fascism. It has been criticized because throughout
the world, government run medical plans lead to high costs, inefficiency
and rationing of health care services. It has been criticized as stating
that since the elderly need more medical care, it is they who will suffer
most through health care rationing.
All of this has been proven to be true through examination of the health
care systems of Canada, England and Sweden. But it only affects average
citizens, because "Obama Health" places government employees in a far
better plan. Apparently, their worth is greater than the private sector
employees who create America's wealth and produce the tax revenue.
Of course, the equation changes upon retirement, when private sector
workers apply for Medicare and Social Security. At that point, they ask to
get back some of the money they have entrusted to the federal government
for decades. To government, they then become a "liability," to be
eliminated as quickly as possible. And rationed health is the best way to
accomplish this.
But is there a racial component to all of this? The answer is a definite
"yes."
Carefully inserted in the Obama health care bill he wants rushed through
Congress without even being read is a requirement for an "Office of Civil
Rights," and "Office of Minority Affairs." These are some of the devil in
the details because it sets the stage for rationing health care away from
white people and towards blacks.
Barack Hussein Obama is decades long devote of Black Liberation Theology,
believing that whites have stolen black wealth and privileges that should
be returned. It is a mix of economic Marxism and social fascism.
If a private medical plan refuses to pay for a procedure, you have a right
to file suit. Private sector insurance companies are very fearful of bad
publicity and usually give in. In a government run rationed health plan,
bad publicity means little to a bureaucrat. They can't be fired and
government won't go out of business. You have no recourse… if you're
white.
But a black person does have recourse through the government health plan's
"Office of Civil Rights," and "Office of Minority Affairs." All they have
to do is claim racial discrimination and these government health plan
divisions become their advocates. An operation for a white person is
placed on hold and the black person is pushed to the head of the medical
line.
Government sponsored race based Affirmative Action in health care? You bet
it is. Only instead of redistribution of wealth, it's redistribution of
life.

Obama Plans Big Rise in Government Employment as Private Sector Workers
who Pay for Them are Sacked

People sometimes forget that it’s private sector workers who pay for the
salaries, bloated pensions, early retirement and lifelong medical care of
civil servants. Apparently, so does the Obama Administration, who plans on
a big Federal hiring program and billions in private sector taxpayer
subsidies, to keep unproductive state and local government employees
working and receiving raises.
Private sector companies are cutting jobs by the tens of thousands,
slashing benefits and salaries in order to survive. State and local
governments are also feeling the pinch, propelled by loss of income and
years of pampering their bloated civil service rolls with high pay,
exorbitant pensions and lavish taxpayer funded medical plans.
But politicians are really in the pockets of Municipal Unions and are
reluctant to offend members by asking belt tightening requested of
everyone else. This might be upsetting to the 11 million people in the
U.S. who are out of work. It might enrage the millions more who fear they
soon will be, given the bogus nature of Obama’s trillion dollar “Stimulus
Package.”
Again, many Washington politicians, including Barack Hussein Obama are
beholden to civil service unions for votes and financial support. In point
of fact, the only President who reduced the labor cost of government was
President Ronald Reagan.
Microsoft, Pfizer, Caterpillar, Home Depot and a host of other private
sector companies may be cutting costs, but federal, state and local
government marches on, proving that government’s primary mission is to
propagate itself.
As an example, Homeland Security was formed by gathering together a group
of dysfunctional agencies (such as The Immigration and Naturalization
Service) and hiding them under one roof. There was to be no increase in
personnel. The result was an increase of some 100,000 new employees.
It is estimated that Obama plans including increasing or protecting the
federal and state civil service forces by some 600,000. Over 200,000 will
be new hires, paid for by the hard pressed private sector employees who
are the productive and creative backbone of American creativity.

proclaiming "Peace in our time." In point of fact, his appeasement ushered
in World War II and the death of 50,000,000 people. On January 22, 2009,
Barack Hussein Obama virtually guaranteed an untold amount of American
deaths at the hands of Islamist Terrorists.
Promising to return America to the "moral high ground" in the war on
terror, President Barack Obama issued three executive orders:

facility in order to "restore the standards of due process and the core
constitutional values that have made this country great even in the midst
of war, even in dealing with terrorism." He neglected to mention that
foreign terrorists and non-uniformed combatants do not have a
Constitutional right to due process protections and are not covered by the
Geneva Convention.
A second executive order formally bans torture (undefined), by requiring
that the Army field manual be used as the guide for terror interrogations.
This terminates the CIA's agressive counter terrorist program.
A third executive order creates a "task force" to review individual
terrorist cases.
